Featured Spot Bidding

Artists can bid for the top 4 positions in the feed. Each bid extends your spot for 30 seconds (max 10 minutes). Higher bids take the #1 spot, pushing others down. It's a dynamic, fair way to get your art seen by thousands.

Image Protection

Every image on Kukala is protected: right-click disabled, source code hidden, watermarks applied, and drag-to-save blocked. Artists choose their protection level — even unprotected images cannot be downloaded.

Simple, Transparent Pricing

No monthly fees. No hidden charges. You only pay when you sell.

Payment Processing

Flutterwave charges a small processing fee (typically 1.4–2.5% depending on payment method and currency). This is separate from Kukala's commission and is charged by the payment provider.

Withdrawals

Minimum withdrawal: $25 (or equivalent). Payouts are processed within 2-3 business days to your bank account. No withdrawal fees from Kukala.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Kukala (kukala.pro), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Artists must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent.

3. Content & Ownership

Artists retain full ownership and copyright of their uploaded artwork. By uploading, you grant Kukala a non-exclusive license to display, promote, and distribute your work on the platform. You may not upload content that infringes on others' intellectual property.

4. Payments & Fees

Kukala charges 8% commission on sales (0% on first 10 sales). Payments are processed via Flutterwave. Artists receive payouts within 2-3 business days. Buyers pay listed price plus any applicable fees.

5. Image Protection

Kukala provides image protection features but cannot guarantee absolute prevention of all unauthorized use. Artists are responsible for monitoring use of their work outside the platform.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not: upload stolen or infringing content, engage in fraud, harass other users, circumvent image protections, scrape or automate access, or violate applicable laws.

7. Termination

Kukala reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Artists may withdraw their balance and delete their account at any time.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide (name, email, profile data, artwork uploads) and automatically collected data (browser info, IP address for currency detection, usage analytics).

2. How We Use Your Data

To operate the platform, process payments, detect fraud, improve features, send notifications, provide customer support, and detect your currency/location for auto-pricing.

3. Data Sharing

We share data only with: Flutterwave (payment processing), analytics providers, law enforcement when legally required. We never sell your personal data.

4. Security

We use 256-bit SSL encryption, PCI DSS Level 1 compliance through Flutterwave, and industry-standard security practices to protect your data.

5. Your Rights

You may: access, update, or delete your account data at any time. Request a copy of your stored data. Opt out of marketing emails. Delete your account permanently.
